Thank you for your Audio Video Runners purchase! We're happy to accept exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of purchase, and refunds on orders within 15 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in, with original items and tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.

 

Limitations: We do not accept returns on custom items or digital products. Return policy ONLY applies to items purchased in our online shop or physical store location. Does not apply to custom installations and/or equipment utilized to perform installation services/requests.

 

Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using a carrier of their choice.
